Receipt Printers
  • Suggested Models: Star TSP100, Epson, mPOP (Star) – LAN/Bluetooth/USB, other thermal receipt printers supporting USB, LAN, or Bluetooth.
  • Setup Steps

iPad/Tablet (Bluetooth – Star/Epson only)

Step 1: Connect the printer to the iPad via Bluetooth.

Step 2: In POS, go to Settings → Hardware.

Step 3: Select Star/Epson from the list.

Step 4: Choose Type: Bluetooth.

Step 5: Tap Search, then Add and Save.

iPad/Tablet (LAN – Star/Epson/Other Brands)

Step 1: Obtain the printer’s IP address by holding Feed + Power until it prints.

Step 2: Make sure the printer and iPad/Tablet are on the same network (first 7–8 IP digits match).

Step 3: In POS, go to Settings → Hardware.

Step 4: Enter the IP address.

Step 5: Set Port to 9100.

Step 6: Save settings.

Windows/MacOS (USB, LAN, Bluetooth)

Step 1: Download and install the manufacturer’s driver.

Step 2: Confirm the printer appears in Printers & Scanners.

Step 3: In POS, go to Settings → Hardware.

Step 4: Select the printer.

Step 5: Enable Automatically print receipt after sale.

Step 6: Assign the printer to the correct outlet.

Cash Drawers
  • Suggested Models: Any POS-compatible cash drawer that connects via receipt printer RJ11 port or directly via USB.
  • Setup Steps

Step 1: Connect the cash drawer to the receipt printer’s kick port or directly via USB.

Step 2: In POS, go to Settings → Hardware.

Step 3: Add or select the cash drawer.

Step 4: Enable Open drawer after printing.

Barcode Scanners
  • Suggested Models: Zebra LS, Socket Mobile, any USB/Bluetooth-compatible scanner.
  • Setup Steps

Windows/MacOS (USB/Bluetooth)

Step 1: Connect the scanner via USB or pair via Bluetooth.

Step 2: Wait for the scanner to be recognized as a keyboard input device.

Step 3: Open POS and scan an item to test.

iPad/Tablet (Bluetooth)

Step 1: Pair the scanner in the device’s Bluetooth Settings.

Step 2: Open POS and place the cursor in a text field.

Step 3: Scan an item to test.

Label Printers
  • Suggested Models: Star Micronics Label Printer, DYMO LabelWriter 450, Zebra, Brother.
  • Setup Steps

Step 1: Connect the label printer with your Window device via USB or pair via Bluetooth.

Step 2: Install the manufacturer’s driver.

Step 3: Confirm the printer appears in Printers & Scanners.

Step 4: In POS, go to Settings → Hardware.

Step 5: Select the label printer and save.

Note: Label printing from tablets is not recommended due to paper alignment issues.
