There are two ways to log in to ConnectPOS: via the web-based version<\/strong> or the app-based version<\/strong>.
For the best performance and full functionality, always use the app-based version<\/strong>.
The web-based version<\/strong> should only be used for your first-time login to set up your account and initial settings. After that, please log in exclusively through the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the Web-Based Version<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

You can log in to ConnectPOS directly from your web browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Visit retail.connectpos.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Enter your Username<\/strong> and Password<\/strong> provided in your setup email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Click Login<\/strong> to access your store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password?<\/strong> and follow the instructions in the reset email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/em> After your account is set up, you will receive an email containing your username and a link to set your password. Once your password is created, you can log in at any time through your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the App-Based Version <\/strong>(Recommended)<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

You can also log in to ConnectPOS by using the ConnectPOS app on your preferred device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
