ConnectPOS<\/a> supports multiple types of barcode scanners. This article will walk you through how to connect a barcode scanner with ConnectPOS and a list of compatible devices with our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>: For devices that are not on the list, we’re always ready to customize and set up your device<\/a> with ConnectPOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For wired barcode scanners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For a wired barcode scanner, you can plug in the scanner to the PC then install the driver. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Test the device to see whether the scanner has worked properly or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Bluetooth scanners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Turn on Bluetooth on your device’s setting. Tap the device from the menu to pair it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: Bluetooth can pair with only one device at a time. To pair your Bluetooth scanner with a different device, you\u2019ll first need to unpair it first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unpair your scanner<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Hold the Trigger button (large button) and the Power button (small button) down together until you hear 3 beeps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Release both buttons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Follow the same steps above to pair\/unpair your scanner to a different device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
