If carried out outside the person&#8217;s private residence, these actions will be charged as felonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For recreational or medical purposes, residents are allowed to possess up to one ounce. It is still illegal to possess four or more ounces of cannabis. Only outside the framework of retail sales by state-licensed organizations are the sale and transport of marijuana prohibited. For personal use only, each resident is allowed to grow a maximum of six mature marijuana plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marijuana-laws-in-arizona-legalized\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"marijuana_laws_in_arizona_legalized\"><\/span><strong>Marijuana Laws in Arizona: Legalized<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The possession and cultivation of marijuana for recreational use, as well as the development of a retail cannabis industry, were both approved by Arizona voters in 2020. It may be caused by migraines, a sickness like cancer, a chronic illness like glaucoma, or pain in the nerves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A &#8220;marijuana card&#8221; will be issued to you if your doctor determines that medicinal marijuana would be beneficial and you reside in a state where it is legal.
